Prior to filling out the form, you should click on the ‘Programs and Scholarships’ Page to learn about the the available scholarships. The ‘Programs and Scholarships’ Page contains detail information about our scholarships.

In addition with your Application, you must provide the following:

– Two(2) Character References (a/k/a Referrals);

– The most recently available GPA Report – the report must include the source of the information.

– Your Financial Statement of Account Report showing cost and balance of your CTC Account – the report must include the source of the information.
